December Meeting - Link Manufacturing

Link Manufacturing in Sioux Center, IA hosted their first SLC monthly meeting. Over 40 people attended and were treated to a short presentation of the company and then a tour of the manufacturing facility. The tour covered multiple topics such as: Simple Kaizen, SMED, Gemba Boards, People Development, Value Stream Maps, Heijunka Boards, Kanban, and much more.
