Flexit USA Tour and Kaizen

We had a great event at Flexit USA today! After a company overview and plant tour, we did a deep-dive into their M-cell production area. As they continue to experience significant growth, SLC members shared valuable feedback and suggestions — many of which will be incorporated into a Kaizen event scheduled for next week.
