Lean 101 Session
We were joined by about 30 attendees for our September 3, Lean101 session! A hearty thank you to Link Manufacturing for hosting us. We covered the fundamentals of Lean, including: What is Lean?, Process mapping, Value-add vs. non-value-add, Lead time, The 8 wastes, Toyota Production System, 5S, and One-piece flow.
