Sept Meeting - Pella Corporation

Around 60 members attended the meeting at Pella. After introductions, Pella reviewed their lean journey, followed by a plant tour, then topic discussion on; Kaizen prep and sustainment, Cognitive Loading, and Team Member suggestions and ending with some Q&A. Thank you Pella team for hosting!
