About Brad 

Brad Jungling began his lean journey in 1993 at Pella Corporation and his servant leadership journey in 2003. It was through this experience that he came to understand how intentionally merging lean principles with servant leadership is key to sustaining results while strengthening organizational culture.

 

Over a 30-year career at Pella Corporation, Jungling held a variety of operations leadership roles, including first-line supervisor, plant manager, supply chain manager, continuous improvement manager, and director of operations with multi-site responsibility.

 

He currently leads the team responsible for manufacturing Thunder Creek fuel and service trailers and truck upfits at LDJ Manufacturing, a 30-year-old, employee-owned company based in Pella, Iowa.
